Dini, named after the incomparable Harry Houdini, also made a fantastic escape. In her first months she was dumped at the end of a rural road with some other unwanted dogs by some unknown a**hat who was too irresponsible to spay their pet. She was terrified of humans (rightfully so, she’d only met the ones that suck) until she was fed by a local woman and then brought to a rescue to help spay her. In her short time recovering from her spay she wriggled her way into the hearts of the kind people working at the rescue, another magic trick that is somewhat less mysterious.
She’s now an outgoing puppy, with so much love to give. She plays well with all of her dog friends and loves kids, she’s eager to please and happy to learn, she’d ready for her forever home. She will come leash trained, house trained, crate trained and cat tested.
Like Houdini famously said, never tell the audience how good you are, they will find out for themselves.
