Kofi (Coffee) is a 10-year-old male weighing 12.6 kg. He’s very calm, gentle, and well-mannered, with a low energy level. He’s good with children, dogs, and cats, and does not bark. He’s not yet housebroken as he currently lives on the streets, and we are looking for a foster home. He does shed, is not crate trained, and is currently learning leash skills, but he rides well in the car. His vetting so far includes a rabies vaccine, first sextuple vaccine (he still needs the remaining doses), deworming, flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, sterilization, and a dental check/cleaning (he lost a few teeth due to distemper). His tests are in process, and he has no injuries or surgeries. Kofi is a resilient older gentleman who survived distemper, leaving him with slightly crooked teeth and a small jaw twitch. He was found by one of our volunteers, malnourished and covered in ticks and fleas. She welcomed him into her café, where he now comes every morning for breakfast and spends the day happily greeting customers and enjoying affection. He’s calm, affectionate, and would thrive in a peaceful home where he can finally enjoy comfort and care.
