Mimi is the perfect mix of goofy, playful and smart. She was a mother on the streets so she’s got sense, wit and won’t be pushed around by other dogs but plays beautifully with them if they don’t start anything with her.
She’s goofy because she is finding her inner puppy she was never able to be on the streets, she plays and always makes us smile. She’s playful with all the dogs in the rescue center, but especially loves humans. She needs her own human now, to show her the best of life. She’s super smart and knows how to open doors (but not to escape, to come back into her humans), she loves feeding time and isn’t aggressive with food. Mimi would be fine with kids, maybe slightly shy at first but loves to be snuggled. She rides perfectly in the car and her leash walking is improving rapidly, just shy in new places at first, but can be coerced with snacks into anything. She’s not yet been cat tested.
