Hello. My name is Suzy! I am a collie mix around 8 months oldin Sept. and weigh around 9-10 kilos. My foster mom says I am the perfect puppy. I am smart, playful, and VERY loving. I will be small to medium-sized, around 10-12 kilos, when fullygrown. The vet says I will look like a puppy forever!
My foster mom is the best. She taught me to sit for treats and has potty trained me. I learn very quickly (did I mention I amsmart?). Because I am a puppy, I need lots of toys around to play with and chew on. I am playful, but not hyper. I am EXCELLENT with all dogs and kitties. I would also be good in a house with children of any age. I do not puppy nip – but I do sometimes jump up or puppy mouth when I get excited. However, my foster mom is also teaching me not to do this. I am very food motivated and learn super-fast with treats.
I am not a big barker – however, if I hear a strange noise or someone comes to the house, then I protect her by barking at them to let her know someone is there. I am a good watch dogand always listen when I am told to be quiet. I am crazy loving and enjoy snuggles and belly rubs. I would be great at the dog park and on puppy play dates. However, I can be shy with new people at first, especially men. However, if they give a treat and belly rubs, we quickly become friends. 😊
Prior to coming to live with my foster mom, my life was not a happy one. I was part of an unwanted litter of puppies that someone abandoned along the road. Thankfully, my foster mom found me and took me home. Then she made sure to take me to the vet and get me all the care I need. I am spayed, vaccinated, dewormed. I am also on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.
Everyone who meets me says I am extremely adorable and loads of fun. I have nothing but love to give. Look at my sweet face – how can you not adopt me?!? 💜🐾
