Valiente

Available for adoption Lowermainland/Okanagan/Sunshine Coast

Male small size, more info coming, located in Costa Rica

Location: Currently being boarded at the vet’s office

Background: Valiente’s story is one of resilience and hope. About a year ago, this brave dog was hit by a car and left alone on the streets. Thankfully, a kind-hearted person found him and brought him to the vet. The amazing team at the vet’s office performed life-saving pro bono work on Valiente and have cared for him ever since.

Personality: Valiente is incredibly sweet and loving, but his tough experiences have made him a little shy. Despite this, he has a gentle nature that shines through once he feels comfortable and safe. He has a heart full of love just waiting for the right person to discover.

Challenges: Finding Valiente a home has been difficult. In San Jose, many people seek puppies or purebred dogs, which means Valiente often gets overlooked. However, his unique story and gentle spirit make him a truly special companion for anyone willing to look beyond the surface.

Why Adopt Valiente? Valiente is more than just a dog; he’s a survivor and a symbol of hope. By adopting him, you’re not just giving him a home—you’re giving him a second chance at life. He may be a little shy at first, but with patience and love, Valiente will be the most loyal and loving friend you could ever ask for. If you’re looking to add a special member to your family who will appreciate every moment of love and care, Valiente is the perfect match.
